MPTO BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 

    

The Middleton Parent Teacher Organization (MPTO) is a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the education of 700+ Middleton Elementary students. By becoming a 2025–2026 sponsor, you'll make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable visibility in the local community. Whether you're a returning or new partner, your support helps fund curriculum enrichment, student events, teacher appreciation, and more. Many of our restaurant sponsors give back through special promotions, and we welcome creative contributions!

 

To become a sponsor, download our Printable Sponsorship Form and email the completed for to MPTO@middletonmapto.com. Additional donations can be made via check made payable to “Middleton PTO” or by clicking here. Sponsorship levels are highlighted below. We look forward to partnering with you!

 

Sponsorship Levels:

PLATINUM PARTNER – $1,000 or a customized food donation of the same value, as agreed upon

  • Featured as a Platinum Partner on the MPTO website and e-newsletters (with business link)
  • Individual business spotlight on social media (2x per year)
  • Large logo on student T-shirts worn at school and community events (~700 shirts)
  • Table at the Pumpkin Festival + promotional opportunities at MPTO events
  • 2 complimentary tickets to the MPTO Spring Fundraising Event

GOLD PARTNER – $750 or a customized food donation of the same value, as agreed upon

  • Recognition on MPTO website and e-newsletters (with business link)
  • Shared social media spotlight (1x per year)
  • Medium logo on student T-shirts
  • Opportunities to engage at MPTO-sponsored community events

SILVER PARTNER – $500 or a customized food donation of the same value, as agreed upon

  • Recognition on MPTO website and e-newsletters (with business link)
  • Business name listed on student T-shirts
  • Promotional materials displayed at MPTO table during school events

BRONZE PARTNER – $250

  • Recognition on MPTO website and at select MPTO events
  • Acknowledgment at select MPTO events throughout the year
