Welcome to the Middleton PTO!

The MPTO is an independent, non-profit organization committed to enhancing the educational experience for Middleton elementary school students.

Join us for MPTO Night at Maggie’s Farm!
Take a night off from cooking and support the Middleton PTO at the same time!

-Dine in or take out

- 10% of all sales will be donated back to the MPTO — helping fund programs, events, and supplies for our schools!

Don’t forget to bring the flyer (coming home in backpacks this week) — or simply show this when ordering if you forget it!

-How to Order:

•Return the order form sent home in backpacks with payment (cash or check made payable to MPTO)

Can't find the form, you can print a new one here.

•Place everything in an envelope labeled MPTO / Gift Card Order

•Choose from the attached list of retailers and write your selections on the form only

•Please note: use only the listed denominations — no custom amounts

Delivery: Orders will be sent home the week of November 17th, unless you’d prefer to pick them up. To arrange pickup, email mailto:stacey@middletonmapto.com.
