Middleton PTO Newsletter - Oct. 15, 2024

Message from the MPTO President

The biggest fundraiser of the year, the Fun Run, is kicking off this week! The Fun Run is an opportunity for Middleton students to build character and get exercise while raising money for our schools. Here's how it works:

(1) Register your student at mybooster.com

(2) SHARE the information with family and friends. The mybooster.com website will walk you through this process step-by-step. Family and friends can donate per minute your child runs or they can donate a specific amount.

(3)  Students will experience an amazing character enrichment program called “Castle Quest” in the days leading up to the Fun Run. The program teaches students about how to be brave and live with character.

(4) The actual run will take place on Oct. 29 at the times listed below. Parents are welcome to attend if their schedules allow.

Oct. 29 Fun Run Times:

Howe Manning:

 9 AM - 10 a.m.: 3rd & 4th

10:10 - 11:10 a.m.: 5th & 6th

Fuller Meadow:

1:00 - 1:50 p.m.: Kindergarten & 2nd grade

2:00 - 2:45 p.m.: 1st Grade

Our goal this year is to raise $35,000 for field trips, transportation, curriculum enrichment, in-school programming, and teacher support to benefit ALL students at Fuller Meadow/Howe-Manning. This is only possible through your family's participation, so please register your child at mybooster.com and help make the Fun Run a huge success! As an added bonus, if you register your child before Oct. 18, you will be entered to win a $50 gift card to one of our favorite Middleton restaurants - Blue Fin (Howe-Manning) or Crossroads (Fuller Meadow)! A huge thank you to the Crossroads/Blue Fin owners for their generous donation and continued support of the MPTO!
