Middleton PTO News - March 3, 2025

Message from the PTO President

March is here, which means the biggest community social event of the year is only a few weeks away! The Spring Gala is an amazing opportunity to come together as a town and raise money for a great cause--our kids' education. Spend time with friends and make new ones as you bid on fantastic prizes, including concert tickets, all-inclusive resort hotel stays, gift cards to local restaurants and entertainment venues, and much more!

The last day to purchase tickets for the Gala is March 21, so click here to buy now. The event will take place on March 28 from 7 - 11 pm at Spinelli's, and it's a Roaring '20s Cocktail Party! While '20s attire is encouraged, feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

You can already bid to win one week at Camp Chris by clicking here. The full auction will run from March 15 to March 29. The winner of the ride to the Gala raffle is Krista Chesna--thanks again to Michael's Limousine for donating!

All funds raised from the event will benefit Middleton Elementary Schools. We can't wait to see you there!

School Community Restaurant Fundraisers

To date, we’ve raised over $3,500 through these community fundraisers! A huge thank you to the businesses for their generous donations, and to all of you for your continued support of these events!

•    McDonald’s in Middleton will donate 20% of all mobile orders made through the app on the 1st Monday of every month back to the MPTO. The next Mobile Monday is TODAY, March 3rd. We’re loving it!

•    Looking for a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Middleton Taekwondo is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Night Out for Middleton elementary school children on March 15 from 5 to 9 p.m. The evening will include pizza, a movie, a Taekwondo class, and a bouncy house, all led by Middleton Taekwondo instructors.100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Middleton PTO! Register by clicking here.

•    The MPTO is partnering with Mutz Pizzeria at the end of each month! Place a takeout order Monday, March 31, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the MPTO.

•    Save the date for the PTO Kendra Scott Night on May 2 from 5 - 9 pm. More details to come!

Candy Bar Bingo

We look forward to seeing many of you at Candy Bar Bingo this Wednesday, March 5 at 6:30 pm at Howe-Manning (doors open at 6:15). The event is sold out, but if you would like to join the waitlist, click here.

Help Stock the Teachers' Lounges!

Are you interested in supporting your child's teachers through making their lounges an enjoyable place to take a break? Please visit the lounge wish lists for Howe-Manning and Fuller Meadow to stock these areas with coffee pods, snacks, utensils, etc. We've created the grade-level schedule below to ensure the lounges are stocked all year long. When it's your child's class's turn (and if you are interested/able to), please purchase the requested items. Kindergarten and 3rd grade families--it's your turn this month!

If you have a preference on what school your order goes to, please include it as a gift message (please note, anything sent to Howe-Manning must be nut free as we have staff with severe allergies). If you order via the links, Mrs. Baker has graciously volunteered to sort and make sure everything is distributed to both schools. Thank you in advance to anyone that chooses to help. The teachers rave about how much they love having the lounges stocked with goodies!
